Responsible for management of assigned first line leaders and oversight of their teams, which includes hiring, training, coaching, performance management and salary activities Leads team toward desired department and company goals to maintain our position as the industry leader Sets team culture and vision, creating an inclusive and high performing work environment Manages and oversees auto injury claims on behalf of the company Responsible for the review and control of the operation's quality claim activities including investigations, claim payments, and adjustment expense payments Has authority to make decisions in the best interest of our customers and employees Will engage with internal and external counsel on litigation and legislative / regulatory activities Responsible for coordinating, communicating, and implementing new Company programs, policies, practices, and procedures Will have the opportunity to contribute to high level project work that impacts our customers and organizations as a whole Ensures compliance with company procedures, applicable federal / state laws, and legal requirements Suggests methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures, and technologies Develops collaborative relationships by working closely with leaders from other claim segments This is a hybrid position.

Employees are expected to work in the office a minimum of one week per month, subject to increase based on business need.

Employees must successfully complete all required training, including applicable licensing exam(s), MVRs, and background checks required of various state(s).
