JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead full product lifecycle, including ideation, value assessment, requirements, feature definition, development, launch, and measurement.
• Manage future feature backlog and prioritize work based on business needs.
• Collaborate with UI / UX to design thoughtful and elegant user experiences that meet business needs and deliver against roadmap.
• Write robust and thorough user stories, collaborate with engineering to create best balance of technology and business value.
• Lead agile ceremonies such as grooming, standup, and retrospective.
• Be a domain expert on the landscape of omnichannel and eCommerce customer experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• 6+ Years of experience working in product design or UI / UX for web and mobile apps.
• Strong agile process management skills with a track record of successful product launches.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and platforms.
• Working knowledge of technology and architectures used to deliver web and app based digital products.
• Confidence in execution of strategic initiatives with cross functional dependencies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies. Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external business partners.
• Strong communication skills to elegantly articulate problem statements, collaborate on solutions and refine requirements with business partners.
• Prioritize and plan work assignments and work under pressure of frequent and tight deadlines.
• Proficient in tools of the trade, Jira, Figma, Google Analytics, Excel, etc.
• Expertise with A / B testing features for performance, behaviors and validation.
• eCommerce experience required.
