Reconstruction Project Manager - Exterior Reconstruction / Waterproofing - Base Salary to 160k / year - Los Angeles County, CA

They partner with homeowner’s associations, commercial properties, and apartment managers on their reconstruction, painting, and construction defect needs throughout California, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, and Texas.

The Reconstruction Project Manager will be a key player on this team for Los Angeles County. The Reconstruction Project Manager will focus on large-scale exterior reconstruction projects from 500k - 5 million.
Responsibilities :
- Manage sub-contractor crews via superintendents
- Develops and manages project budgets and schedules to deliver on time and on budget completion to our clients
- Assist in the estimation process with our various trades partners
- Supports company safety program and OSHA guidelines.
- Utilizes project management software throughout the life of project including : RFIs, Submittals, Drawings / Specs, QA / QC process.
- Conduct in-progress site walks to manage safety, quality, and schedule.
- Meet with clients, engineers, and team members as needed.
Qualifications :
- 10+ years of reconstruction / waterproofing project management experience
- Exterior waterproofing experience is required
- Experience managing projects from 500k - 5 million dollars and up
- Candidate must have experience working with HOA’s on multifamily properties
- 10+ years of experience as Construction Project Manager or Superintendent
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
- Familiarity with AIA Payment Applications.
- Comfortable with technology and the tools that go with working mobile.
- Ability to develop budgets, schedules, safety plans and modify accordingly as the project progresses.
- Experience working with MS Project and Excel.
- OSHA certification preferred
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Compensation
- Base salary in the 130k 160k / year range
- The ability to work on a hybrid schedule with site visits, administrative work can be done from home and in office!
- Annual bonus opportunities from 15k 25k
