Overview Purpose Statement / Position Summary : Manages the Hollywood Homeless Youth Partnership (HHYP), a strategic alliance of youth serving agencies working together to prevent and end homelessness among youth and young adults in Hollywood.

Works to implement HHYP projects and project tasks to achieve successful and satisfactory project deliverables and objectives, including high quality, timely and cost-effective execution.

The Project Manager facilitates community relations and inter-agency planning; establishes partnerships with key institutions;

directs policy and advocacy efforts on behalf of the HHYP; and provides support for the Young Adult Steering Committee for Service Planning Area 4.

They focus on ensuring diversity, inclusion, and equity as well as elevating youth voice into all levels of the HHYP decision making.

Develops and maintains project schedules and work plans; collaborates with and coordinates internal and external resources and stakeholders;

conducts research and analyses; and monitors and documents project progress. Would prefer someone with knowledge of adolescent and young adult development and behavior, homeless services and / or mental health services.

Minimum Qualifications / Work Experience : 5+ years of progressive experience; project management experience in program planning and development preferred.

Demonstrated ability in interagency planning, coalition building, and service coordination. Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses.

Education / Licensure / Certification : Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or other related field.

Pay Scale Information $80,288.00-$144,518.00 CHLA values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization. Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry.

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description.
