Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our team for the LAN Refresh Project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and design related to new hardware and software, specifically focusing on the migration from legacy Cisco switches to the Cisco 9K series switches (9400 and 9300).
This role requires expertise in Cisco DNA Network Architecture, Cisco Software Defined Access Architecture, and Cisco Identity Services.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the migration from legacy Cisco switches to Cisco 9K series switches (9400 and 9300).
- Design, install, configure, test, and implement network solutions.
- Provide post-support and documentation for network engineering activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of network systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to recommend and implement new features and enhancements.
Skills Required :
- Architecture and design knowledge related to new hardware and software supporting the LAN Refresh Project.
- Expertise in Cisco DNA Network Architecture.
- Proficiency in Cisco Software Defined Access Architecture.
- Strong understanding of Cisco Identity Services.
- Experience in network engineering activities including design, installation, configuration, testing, implementation, post-support, and documentation.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in network engineering and architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco 9K series switches (9400 and 9300).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) are a plus.
