JobDescription :
As a Lead Technicianyou will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance repair andtroubleshooting of commercial HVAC systems and generators.
You willlead a team of technicians ensuring high standards of service andefficient project completion.
KeyResponsibilities :
Diagnoserepair and maintain commercial HVAC systems andgenerators.
Lead and mentora team of technicians providing guidance and support asneeded.
Perform routinemaintenance and inspections to ensure equipment operatesefficiently.
Troubleshootand resolve complex issues with HVAC systems andgenerators.
Coordinate withclients to schedule maintenance and repair services providingexceptional customerservice.
Maintain accuraterecords of service activities including diagnostics repairs andparts used.
Ensure all workcomplies with safety protocols andregulations.
Stay updated onthe latest industry trends technologies and bestpractices.
Assist intraining new technicians and developing teamcapabilities.
Provideleadership and support during emergency repairsituations.
Qualifications :
35years of commercial HVAC experience or generator rental repairexperience.
Provenleadership experience in an HVAC or relatedfield.
Strong diagnostic andtroubleshootingskills.
Ability to read andinterpret technical manuals schematics anddiagrams.
Excellentproblemsolving abilities and attention todetail.
Good communicationand customer serviceskills.
Ability to workindependently and manage timeeffectively.
Valid driverslicense and reliabletransportation.
EPACertification (preferred but notrequired).
