Commercial Construction - General Construction - Construction Management
A Philadelphia suburbs based Commercial Construction GC / CM company is actively in search of a commercial Project Manager for a full-time permanent staff position.
Commercial construction experience is required for consideration (ground up, additions, renovations). Individuals will have approximately seven (7) or more years of strong commercial construction experience, including Commercial Office Buildings, Healthcare / Hospital, Warehouse, Manufacturing facilities, Senior Living facilities, Multi-Family Apartments, and Academic / Institutional focused projects ($10-50+ million).
Requirements
- At least seven (7) years of commercial construction experience
- Competitive compensation & benefits package based on experience
- College Degree a plus
- Projects are based in the local PA / NJ / DE area.
