Responsibilities : Plan, organize, and manage residential construction projects from conception to completion.Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines, and ensure adherence to all project requirements.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to maximize efficiency and productivity.Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates, address concerns, and resolve issues as they arise.
Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.Prepare and present project reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
