Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a talented individual with customer service and administrative support experience to assist in the effective calendar-driven daily operations of the Office of the Registrar and the Office of International Programs + Study Abroad and to serve as the primary customer-service representative and support administrative tasks.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to be both a team player and independent contributor with excellent customer service skills.
This position will fall within the Office of the Registrar with 70% Registrar responsibilities and 30% Office of International Programs and Study Abroad
This key role will have numerous responsibilities including :
- Provide front-facing customer service to students, faculty, staff, and other guests to the Office of the Registrar and general office support to professional level staff
- Serve as primary email respondent to the main Office of the Registrar and Office of International Programs and study abroad email accounts
- Assist in the effective calendar-driven daily operations of the Office of the Registrar and support some of the administrative tasks for the Office of International Programs and Study Abroad
- Serve as liaison and primary facilitator for COF cross-registration and in other non-matriculating student registration
- Support administrative tasks associated with study abroad and travel course inquiries and event support
- Support student records retention and digitization of student records
- Serve as primary facilitator and manager of Parchment transcript requests and NSC Enroll and Degree Verify.
- Maintain Registrar Office + OIP office supply inventory
Requirements :

Bachelor's degree preferred. Candidates will have a student-centric perspective and value continuous improvement, seeking innovative ways to enhance and streamline processes.
Microsoft Office skills required. Ability to speak and write clearly and persuasively and excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills are required.
