This food service position earns a competitive salary of $43,000 - $65,000 per year with a highly competitive bonus structure (up to $18,000 in bonuses per year) .

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A RESTAURANT MANAGER
In this food service position, you consistently deliver an excellent guest experience for our patrons! You stay true to our award-winning reputation, keeping our restaurant running smoothly.
A natural-born leader, you lead and inspire your team as well as build sales, profitability, and guest counts. Your experience serves you well as you manage the profits and losses for the restaurant and consistently meet and exceed our financial objectives.
Using your networking skills, you promote our brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events. You also train new and current employees on proper customer service practices, implementing policies and protocols with ease.
With you on the clock, we know everything will be well organized and supervised!
WORK SCHEDULE OF A RESTAURANT MANAGER
This full-time food service position requires full availability , including nights, weekends, and some holidays .
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR RESTAURANT MANAGER
- 2+ years of hospitality management experience in a high-volume, faced-paced restaurant
- Basic knowledge of profit and loss statements
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a team
