Job Description :
Strategic Partners is seeking an experienced Analyst to join their New York team. Strategic Partners provides the opportunity to join one of the most active and long-tenured teams in the secondary private equity industry.
Responsibilities will include the following :
- Working with SP Legal and Compliance, deal teams and outside counsel on deal closings
- Completing information requests related to fund closings (, KYC / AML requests)
- Implementing new processes and creating operational efficiencies for transaction closings
- Assist in portfolio amendments and NDA process
- Assist in reviewing formation documents and fund side letter compliance
- Monitoring and responding to fund amendments and various legal information requests
- Assisting on other Ad-Hoc projects
Qualifications :
A successful candidate should (have) :
- Undergraduate degree
- Experience in transactional matters
- Familiarity with legal documentation
- Superior organizational and communication skills
- Strong sense of professional and personal integrity
- Ability to manage tight timelines and prioritize diverse tasks

Expected annual base salary range :
$110,000 - $130,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location.
For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
