As a Security Professional - Financial Front Desk in Cleveland, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will be the first point of contact at a prominent financial institution location. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring entry points, verifying visitor credentials, and providing a welcoming presence while helping to deter security-related incidents. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and uphold our values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
