Job Title : Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion throughout the North Dakota.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
- Lead project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
