Job Description :

Position Overview : We are seeking a talented and imaginative Drink Coaster Designer to join our creative team. As a Drink Coaster Designer, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and producing visually appealing and functional drink coasters.

This position requires a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of materials, and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and practical solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Conceptualization : Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements and develop innovative and engaging drink coaster concepts that align with client branding and themes.

Design Development : Utilize graphic design software and traditional design techniques to create visually striking coaster artwork.

Ensure designs are tailored to various materials, including paper, cork, and rubber, considering both aesthetics and durability.

Material Selection : Research and recommend suitable materials and printing techniques based on design requirements, budget constraints, and environmental considerations.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in coaster materials.

Prototyping and Testing : Oversee the prototyping and testing phases of coaster production, collaborating with manufacturers to ensure the final products meet design specifications and quality standards.

Client Interaction : Communicate design concepts effectively to clients, incorporating their feedback and revisions into the final designs.

Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly and professionally.

Quality Control : Maintain a high standard of quality control throughout the production process, conducting regular inspections to ensure finished coasters meet design specifications and client expectations.

Innovation : Stay abreast of design trends, emerging technologies, and creative techniques to continuously enhance the appeal and functionality of our drink coaster designs.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.

Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing coasters or related product designs.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of materials, printing techniques, and production processes relevant to drink coasters.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly to clients and team members.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, color, and typography.
