Eastern Staffing & Recruiting is recruiting a Food Service Worker in Columbia, SC for a Food Service Company! The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and customer service-minded.
This position will be working in an environment where they pride themselves on servicing their clients! Responsibilities
- Supports daily operations in the kitchen to ensure meals are prepared and served safely and on time.
- Responsible for preparing and instructing the preparation of food items while enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Operate a variety of equipment including grills, fryers, cash registers, and hotlines as needed.
- Communicate company priorities and goals to team members.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Some experience working in a food service environment preferred.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Must be available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Must have the physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects.
- Must have excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- This position requires a pre-employment background check and TB test.
The estimated hourly salary range for this position is $12.00, though a candidate's salary will be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience.
