Our family-oriented office is growing and looking to add a new customer service representative. We are looking for you to fit right into our community involved, team-oriented office.
You will be responsible for quoting personal lines potential clients, answering phones, answering questions from future / current clients and multi-task with others.
We are looking for you to have at least 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities
- Quoting personal lines.
- Answering phones and questions from current / future clients.
- Multi-tasking with everyday tasks and within the team.
- Issuing certificates and creating binders.
Requirement
- Property & Casualty License preferred.
- Offer P&C Insurance Licensing Assistance.
- Minimum of at least 1 year of office experience.
- Team player motivated and looking for growth.
- Ability to learn and use office software.
- Occasional cross-selling / up-selling.
