Responsibilities

• Design and create customer-facing products and internal tools, write performant code adhering to the company's coding style guides with proper unit test coverage, identify bottlenecks in the system, and improve application response times.
• Work with engineers, product managers, business teams, and senior leadership to turn our product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap every quarter.
• Take ownership of technical aspects of our infrastructure, ensuring that the platform is being used to its fullest potential through designing and building applications around our customer’s needs.
• Review and monitor current engineering work, as well as previously constructed applications, to ensure the software is running as smoothly as possible.
• Rapidly iterate to add new functionality, solve complex problems with simple, intuitive, and customer-focused solutions while shipping quality applications.
• Provide support for platform-related issues; Triage and fix issues reported to help with timely resolution.

Minimum Qualifications

• BE / BTech degree with equivalent years of experience, CS preferred.
• You have at least 7 years of experience in software engineering and have experience working with production-scale web applications.
• You have at least 5 years of experience writing production code in either Python, Java, or Golang.
