Automotive Sales Manager

Location : 13255 SW Farmington Road, Beaverton, OR 97005

Salary : $100,000 - $150,000 a year

Job Type : Full-time

Beaverton Hyundai, the #1 Hyundai dealer in Oregon since 2006, is looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our team!

Essential Duties :

  • Recruits, hires, and trains sales personnel.
  • Daily training of Sales staff.
  • Helps to create, facilitate, and manage a sales process to achieve sales goals.
  • Helps to manager day to day sales operations including inventory display(s) and showroom cleanliness.
  • Helps to meet dealership sales and F&I goals, daily, weekly and monthly as set by the General Manager.
  • Helps to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores.
  • Assists in closing sales opportunities with customers.
  • Clearly explain all aspects of a customer's purchase.
  • Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new- and used-vehicle and finance departments.

Customer Service Professional Qualifications :

  • Prior sales experience, minimum of 3 years.
  • Excellent communication skills (including listening, writing, speaking).
  • Ability to effectively establish customer relationships & present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the general public.
  • Skill and ability to sell.
  • Acceptable driving record & a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
  • Candidates must pass a background check and be insurable to drive.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time up to 8+ hours a day.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

    Experience :

    • Dealership Finance : 3 years (Preferred)
    • Automotive Sales : 3 years (Preferred)

    License / Certification :

    Driver's License (Required)

    Work Location : In person
