Automotive Sales Manager
Location : 13255 SW Farmington Road, Beaverton, OR 97005
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000 a year

Beaverton Hyundai, the #1 Hyundai dealer in Oregon since 2006, is looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our team!
Essential Duties :
- Recruits, hires, and trains sales personnel.
- Daily training of Sales staff.
- Helps to create, facilitate, and manage a sales process to achieve sales goals.
- Helps to manager day to day sales operations including inventory display(s) and showroom cleanliness.
- Helps to meet dealership sales and F&I goals, daily, weekly and monthly as set by the General Manager.
- Helps to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores.
- Assists in closing sales opportunities with customers.
- Clearly explain all aspects of a customer's purchase.
- Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new- and used-vehicle and finance departments.
Customer Service Professional Qualifications :
- Prior sales experience, minimum of 3 years.
- Excellent communication skills (including listening, writing, speaking).
- Ability to effectively establish customer relationships & present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the general public.
- Skill and ability to sell.
- Acceptable driving record & a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
- Candidates must pass a background check and be insurable to drive.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time up to 8+ hours a day.

Experience :
- Dealership Finance : 3 years (Preferred)
- Automotive Sales : 3 years (Preferred)
License / Certification :
Driver's License (Required)
