Our rapidly expanding firm seeks a Client Relations Associate to strengthen our relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and supporting our marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities : Client Communication : Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our team, effectively communicating their needs and expectations to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Relationship Building : Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to promote client retention and loyalty.
Problem Resolution : Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues to enhance the client experience.
Support Marketing Initiatives : Collaborate with the marketing team to implement client-specific marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
Data Management : Maintain accurate records of client interactions and engagements in our CRM system to track client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications : Educational Background : A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
