G-Net Construction is looking to hire a LICENSED / LEAD MASTER PLUMBER ! We are a full-service general construction company with in-house Plumbing Staff, offering a full-time opportunity to grow with us!

Duties and Responsibilities :

We are looking for an NYC Licensed Master Plumber with a current license, and with a 2-3 person plumbing & heating team or with a small, already established Plumbing & Heating Firm, looking to grow with us as a team.

We currently have a 24 / 7 emergency building maintenance department that is expanding with all types of Plumbing & Heating service calls, as well as larger contracted general construction projects with Plumbing & Heating Trade work.

This would be more than a General Contractor / Subcontractor relationship. This would be more of a Merger / Joint Venture opportunity.

Perfect for the younger Plumber with experience and a desire to grow, or the elder pro that is looking to slow down and be a Plumbing Supervisor.

Qualifications :

• Must have Master Plumbing License, in good standing with NYC DOB.
• Must have at least 10-15 years of experience as Master Plumber.
• Field Team must have at least 3-5 years of experience each.
• Master Sprinkler License is a plus.
• Must have own truck and tools.
• Having a sewer jet machine and sewer camera is a plus.
• Must be willing to organize and set up all service and plumbing projects 24 / 7.
• Own commercial customer base is a plus.
• Having own service contracts / repeat customers is a plus.
• Must be knowledgeable of all NYC DOB PL codes and regulations.
• Must be knowledgeable of DOB / Expediting paperwork and filing, or use your own expeditor.
• Having your own supplier relationships / credit lines is a plus.
