Job Description :

Starleaf, a prestigious fine dining establishment, seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Server Assistant to join our exceptional team.

As a Server Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring an outstanding dining experience for our guests by providing seamless support to our servers and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist Servers :
• Support servers with the delivery of food and beverages to guests.
• Ensure timely removal of used dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables.
• Assist with table setting and resetting, including refilling water glasses and bread baskets.
• Maintain Cleanliness :
• Keep the dining area clean and orderly, including tables, chairs, and floors.
• Sanitize tables and chairs after guests leave and prepare them for the next guests.
• Ensure cleanliness of server stations and restock supplies as needed.
• Guest Interaction :
• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Assist with any additional needs or special requests from guests.
• Support Service Flow :
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist in the proper placement of dishes in accordance with fine dining standards.
• Help monitor and maintain appropriate levels of dining room supplies.

Qualifications :

• Experience :
• Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred.
• Knowledge of fine dining service standards is a plus.
• Skills :
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
