Ability Building Community is looking for an Administrative & Compliance Coordinator to join our amazing team! The Administrative & Compliance Coordinator is responsible for administrative and compliance duties as it relates to onboarding new staff, processing staff terminations, bi-weekly orientation planning & communications, entering and tracking compliance for all required and recommended trainings for the organization, tracking of all injury and incident reports and providing data to agency staff as requested, in addition to other administrative duties as assigned to support the organization.

This position works in tandem with the Administrative Assistant to provide front desk coverage for the agency. Excellent organizational and communication skills are a must, as well as knowledge of computers, email and software applications (such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Reader products).

Required in-office hours : 8 : 00 - 4 : 30, Monday - Friday Schedule & Compensation : This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position with primarily regular daytime hours Monday through Friday.

Starting wage is $19.50 per hour plus benefits.
