Additional Compensation Details :

• Up to $30.00 per hour Dependent on Experience
• Potential 90-day performance-based raise
• Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure

Responsibilities

The Role :

You will be primarily responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of Produce in the Eugene, OR area.

Schedule :

Typical start time is 2 : 30AM, days off to be determined

Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To

• Load and unload product from trailer with electric pallet jack
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Perform superior customer service
• Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude with colleagues
• Professionally maintained, reliable and safe equipment
• Palletized product is delivered to a dock or with a lift gate
• All other duties as requested or assigned

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

• Be 23 yrs. or older
• 1+ year of driving experience with doubles highly preferred
• Valid Class A CDL and medical card
• Experience driving in adverse weather required, mountain passes daily
• Interstate qualification, registered
• Demonstrated ability to lift / push / pull 50+ lbs. throughout shift
• Per DOT rules, applicant should have the ability to read and understand English
• Satisfactory driving record
