Overview :
Games Sales associates are the voice of the midway! They are responsible for assisting and encouraging guests as they play the games around the park.
Our Ambassadors oversee the operation of their assigned game and associated equipment. They create demand for guests to play games by using sales techniques and microphones.
Games Ambassadors facilitate game play to create long lasting memories for our guests.
How You'll Make A Difference :
- Explains games, rules, and pricing for assigned locations, conducts transactions, and provides guests with game supplies / equipment need to play.
- Determines wins and outcome of game play and distributes prizes as needed.
- Maintains attractive displays and appropriate levels of stock in their assigned game and stock locations; keeps all equipment in good condition.
- Provides guest service according to Cedar Fair Standards when serving the guest or working with other ambassadors, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions, and giving directions.
- Maintains game cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Cedar Fair Safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.
We're Looking For :
- Minimum Age : 15
- Must be able to stand or walk for up to 6 hours at a time.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
- Ability to pass background check.
- Ability to pass mandatory and random drug screenings.
