Front of House Team Member

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants.

Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.

It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.

Position Description

The Front of House Team Member seeks to provide guests with a remarkable dining experience each and every day by working as a team to give each guest the quickest, highest quality personalized experience possible.

We're looking for our next great Front of House Team Members! We are currently only hiring for team members who will be able to work day time hours, open to 3pm starting in September.

Responsibilities

Serve Guests

• Provides guests with a remarkable dining experience each and every day by working as a team to give each guest the quickest, highest quality personalized experience possible
• Core 4 : create eye contact; share a smile; speak with a friendly tone; always say My Pleasure ; provide 2nd mile service to our guests and one another

Execute position responsibilities

• Operates cash registers at the front counter and drive thru
• Takes or bags orders with speed and accuracy
• Completes table touch-ins in the dining room and refreshes beverages for guests at their tables
• Looks for opportunities to stock and clean to maintain a productive workstation
• Keeps restaurant clean at all times, including floors
• Strives for quality and consistency in every aspect of their work, demonstrates enthusiasm, courtesy and hospitality to all

Must be eligible to work in the United States

• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
• Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
• Mobility required during shifts
• Must work well under pressure
• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
• Can multitask while working at a quick, efficient and thorough pace
• Demonstrates excellent communication with guests and team members while being service oriented and displaying a positive attitude
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Must be able to physically perform the duties of all front of house positions including lifting 25 lbs. and standing for the entirety of the shift
