Job Summary We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join the team with a growing (FQHC) Federally Qualified Health Center, with 5 divisions and 150 medical professionals.
Job Qualifications / Job Duties
- NY state nursing license.
- Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- The Nurse Practitioner will work in an outpatient setting.
- The work schedule is Monday-Friday with some weekend rotation.
- Provides general medical care to health center patients.
- The Nurse Practitioner educates patients by teaching preventative care.
