Project Manager
gpac, a 30+ years recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established company in the Commercial Construction industry.
Our client is a top construction company to work for in 2022, known for their excellence in the industry and their commitment to providing luxury multifamily buildings.
This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are experienced Project Managers looking to join a dynamic and successful team.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Project Manager Responsibilities :
- Manage and lead all construction activities from project initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure the availability of materials and resources.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure project specifications and plans are followed.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Project Manager Essential Job Functions :
- Prepare and review project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect construction progress and adherence to safety protocols.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
- Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates and financial analysis.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Project Manager Skills :
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with several Multifamily builds
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
