We are looking for a CITO to join our team! You will be responsible for aligning the company technology strategy with business goals by establishing, implementing, and enforcing technology strategy, security, governance, standards, and policies.

What you'll be doing :

• Develops, maintains and oversees the implementation of the organizations strategic information technology plan to ensure the availability of the technical infrastructure necessary for future objectives.
• Establish and enforce security policies and practices to ensure confidentiality, compliance, and reliability of all corporate, community, resident, associate, client, and customer data, proprietary systems, and intellectual property are within industry standards and regulations i.

e. HIPPA, PHI, FINRA, etc.

• Defines and deploys physical and logical level protections for all infrastructure and end-use devices within organizations ecosystem.
• Develop cutting edge AI solutions to drive organization forward.
• Provides strategic direction for cybersecurity program using a risk-based approach, direct internal and external services to execute on a strategy and ensure program agility to adapt to an evolving threat landscape.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders across departments to understand IT needs and priorities, and effectively communicate IT plans, progress, and impacts.
• Monitors IT performance metrics, analyzes trends, and implements improvements to enhance IT service delivery and support.
• Identifies opportunities for organization to strengthen its position through the application of technology to its processes and services.
• Ensures an integrated technical environment (software, hardware, communications backbone and end user tools), which facilitates rapid applications delivery, ease of information access and the flexibility to quickly respond to changing business needs.
• Manages a portfolio of projects in a way that optimizes value to the organization.
• Ensures that systems are developed according to a standard methodology and sound software development principles.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with technology vendors, service providers and solution providers. Manages contract negotiations

What you'll bring to the table :

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 15+ years leadership experience and working knowledge of systems architecture, system design, hardware, website development, database development, information management, risk management, help desk, security design, regulatory compliance, networks, and reporting.
• Healthcare / Senior Living industry experience highly preferred
• Proven experience in managing and IT leading teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing complex IT projects
• Working experience with; BI platforms, Software Development, Web Applications, Budgeting / Forecasting, Data warehouse formulation and administration, ERPs, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Vizio), Yardi
• Healthcare and HIPAA knowledge is required
