We are seeking a polished and highly skilled Restaurant Operations Leader to join our team. You'll bring high-volume experience and provide guidance to a team of over 50 members.

Restaurant Operations Manager Benefits :

Restaurant Operations Manager Responsibilities :
- Oversee and ensure the performance of all team members in the assigned department.
- Create an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and consistent follow-through.
- Prior experience in the Las Vegas area is a significant plus.
Restaurant Operations Manager Qualifications :
- Comfortable managing high guest traffic, with experience in establishments generating $15 million-plus in annual sales.
- Exceptional knowledge of craft cocktails and beer, with the ability to enhance the sales skills of the team.
- Proven ability to provide guidance and oversight to 50+ direct reports.
