RESPONSIBILITIES for Automotive Quick Lube Technician

• Performs Quick Service LOF, Tire rotations, Tire replacement and routine inspections / maintenance.
• Perform Multi Point Vehicle inspections.
• Works as a team along with the Service Advisors communicating clients' vehicle needs.
• Attends manufacturer specific training classes online and web-based learning.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• QUALIFICATIONS for Automotive Quick Lube Technician
• High school and / or trade school education required.
• At least one year of relevant experience preferred.
• Nissan certifications preferred but not necessary.
• Must have basic computer skills necessary to use factory software.
• Must be able to pass pre-employments screens (Background DMV and Drug)
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Automotive Quick Lube Technician Requirements...

• Minimum 1 year of shop experience preferred.
• Nissan experience a plus
• Proficient time management and organizational skills
• Exemplary communication and customer service skills
• Motivated, self-starter with a superior work ethic
• Pass background screening, pre-placement drug screening and must have an acceptable MVR.

Pay Incentives

The Automotive Quick Service Technician has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $16.

00 to $19.00. The position may also pay a bonus compensation which is based on the value or number of closed sales achieved from $0.

00 to $??? (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.

00 to $???(if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
