The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers and students, fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities : Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and instructional materials. Provide individualized and small group support to students across various subjects.
Monitor student progress, helping to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Help students develop effective study habits, time management skills, and organizational strategies.
Collaborate with educators and support staff to create personalized learning plans for students. Encourage and motivate students to participate actively in their learning process.
Foster a positive classroom environment that supports student engagement and well-being. Participate in professional development and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with school policies.
Qualifications : Associate's degree in education, psychology, or a related field. Previous experience working with high school students in an educational or support role.
