Job Details
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned IT Program Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale, high-impact programs that span multiple departments.
The role requires expertise in program management, a deep understanding of customer data platforms, and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Project Plan, JIRA, Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs.
The IT Program Manager will also be responsible for preparing project budgets and ensuring that all initiatives are completed within the specified budget.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning and implementation of the customer data platform program.
- Facilitate the definition of program scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop full-scale program plans, including tasks, resources, timelines, costs, and benefits.
- Manage program budget and resource allocation.
- Effectively communicate program expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Plan and schedule project timelines using Microsoft Project Plan.
- Track program deliverables using appropriate tools such as JIRA.
- Provide direction and support to the program team.
- Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the program to all stakeholders.
- Implement and manage program changes and interventions to achieve program outputs.
- Ensure that the program is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- PMP and CSM certifications are preferred.
- 5+ years of Program Management experience, preferably in retail / ecommerce.
- Proven experience and success leading large, high-impact, cross-functional programs or projects.
- Strong Microsoft Office program experience, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Microsoft Project Plan and JIRA.
- Knowledge of customer data platforms.
- Experience in marketing, retail, Ecommerce, and Omnichannel.
- Experience in preparing and managing project budgets.
- Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
