THE HUALALAI CLUB FOOD RUNNER
The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Food Runner who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do.
Our Food Runners have the opportunity to shape our members andguests experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction.
Work authorization required.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Our Food Runners are a pillar of our team, assisting in all Club outlets when required, including the pool deck.
Greet and recognize members andguests with name usage in a professional manner
Assist with Club Banquet event set up and break downs
Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner;
greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
Anticipate and service the members and guest's needs before requests are necessary.
Complete opening and closing sidework as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.
Offer members and guests of the restaurant an enjoyable, expertly served beverage / dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
Serve beverage and food items while explaining the contents, andanticipate and service the guest’s needs before requests are necessary.
Preparation of condiment and garnish items.
Breakdown, clean and setting up of tables, buffets, and food stations.

WHAT TO BRING
Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage
Three to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent experience is required.
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
