Answers phones and emails schedules and confirms appointments andinputs

customer data intocompany systems

Organizesworkflow and appointments by reading and routing correspondence

collecting customerinformation and managing assignments

Manages department schedule by maintaining calendarsfor department

personnel andarranging meetings conferences teleconferences and travel

Maintains customer confidenceand protects operations by keeping information

confidential

Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturerinstructions and

establishedprocedures

Secures informationby completing database backups

Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrievalsystems

Contributes to teameffort by accomplishing related results as needed.
