What You'll Do : Drafting Expertise :

Drafting Expertise :

Create clear and complete construction and fabrication drawings from various sources like sketches, notes, and specifications.

Utilize your knowledge of engineering practices and software like AutoCAD to bring designs to life.

Technical Support :

Perform flotation calculations to ensure dock modules meet design specifications.

Collaboration and Communication :

Consult with other departments and on site project managers to understand needs and develop procurement specifications.

What We're Looking For :

Technical Skills :

Associate's degree in drafting or related field, 3 years of related drafting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, with experience in 3D drafting software. Solidworks or AutoCAD Inventor a plus.

Communication and Collaboration :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Attention to Detail :

Meticulous approach to ensure accuracy and completeness in all drawings and calculations.

Problem-Solving Skills :

Ability to handle revisions and make adjustments to designs as needed.

Teamwork :

Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
