We are seeking an experienced and energetic Lead Dental Office Receptionist to oversee the day-to-day operations of our front office in a busy periodontal setting.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, patient check-ins, and maintaining records
- Lead by example, ensuring the front office team provides excellent customer service and meets performance objectives
- Present financial treatment plans to patients and handle accounts receivable
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure patient records are stored securely
- Oversee the scheduling of patient appointments for efficient use of provider time
- Handle patient concerns and work to resolve any issues with professionalism
- Assist in training and developing front desk staff, fostering a positive work environment
- Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and daily administrative duties
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's Degree preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dental or medical office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
- Experience in scheduling, financial planning, and handling accounts receivable
- Positive, patient-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent care
