Our fast-paced team seeks a talented Marketing Strategist to drive our marketing efforts and support our agents’ success.
The Marketing Strategist will help develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for our brokerage while also providing valuable marketing services to our extensive network of real estate agents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the brokerage's brand awareness and market position
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media
- Provide marketing consultation and services to our real estate agents, helping them build their personal brands, develop strategies to market properties, and attract more clients
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions
- Partner with social media and design teams to create actionable marketing strategies and provide guidance for execution
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals
- Manage and optimize the brokerage's website and online presence
- Curate content and develop marketing strategies to showcase our expertise and attract potential agents
- Plan and execute events, webinars, and workshops to engage agents and potential agents
- Assist in improving the overall RHA agent experience
- Project a positive image of the organization to employees, agents, clients, industry, and the community
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with marketing automation tools and project management systems like monday.com
- Familiarity with real estate market dynamics and trends
