We provide our customers with full range of plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Protection design / build and maintenance services.

We are looking for a full-time Plumbing Service Technician to perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot and service of commercial and industrial plumbing.

Must be well organized to keep accurate service and maintenance records and communicate effectively to determine needs. Works as a leader, has strong customer relationships and team building qualities.

We are a 24 / 7 Service Company and working over 40 hours a week may be a job requirement.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESInclude the following.

Other duties may be assigned.Install replacement equipment and parts per manufacturers specifications to honor manufacturers warranties.

Complete plumbing preventive maintenance in accordance with established standardsTroubleshoot, Analyze and repair plumbing fixturesComplete roughing of plumbing for commercial and residentialComplete documentation, including but not limited to, timesheets, expense reports, service reports and purchase card logsConduct general tasks including but not limited to, safety training, group meetings and maintaining tools and vehicle (if applicable)Requirement to work overtimePREFERRED EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma, G.

E.D. or equivalentA valid driver’s licenseA minimum of 5 years plumbing experience working on commercial or industrial plumbing equipment / systemsAccountable, reliable and a courteous attitude towards our customersAbility to read and comprehend plumbing blueprints, safety policies, and procedure manualsAbility to write routine reports and correspondenceAbility to effectively present information in individual and small group situationsKnowledge of plumbing roughing in a commercial environmentBasic mathematical abilities in all units of measure.
