Job Opportunity : Bilingual Call Center Representative (Spanish-English)

Location : Maple Grove, MN

Salary : $19 / hour

Job Description :

Join our team in Maple Grove, MN, as a Bilingual Call Center Representative (Spanish-English). You'll handle inbound calls, assisting Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product / service information in Spanish.

Maintain professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.

Schedule : Monday : 8am - 5pm

Monday : 8am - 5pm

Tuesday & Wednesday : 12pm - 9pm

Thursday : 8am - 5pm

Friday : 8am - 2 : 30pm

Requirements :

High School diploma / GED

Fluent in Spanish and English

Customer service experience preferred

Strong communication skills

Basic computer skills
