Support our Expedited Transition Services (ETS) and our newly contracted Wraparound program serving youth and families in Riverside County as a Clinical Supervisor and play a pivotal role in guiding master’s level staff through individual and group supervision, empowering them in clinical case management and treatment services!
As the Clinical Supervisor for ETS and Wrap, you will build the capacity of your supervisees to provide high quality services and manage the operational and professional demands of their individual roles.
You will collaborate with other program leaders to develop and maintain program systems that contribute to the delivery of high quality, accessible, and responsive services to clients.
ABOUT RIVERSIDE WRAPAROUND
Seneca offers "Wraparound" services to youth and families experiencing emotional / behavioral challenges in the home. The Wraparound programs are strengths-based, family-driven, flexible, and creative, with the goal of helping the family develop the skills and supports to prevent or reduce the possibility of out-of-home placement of their child.
A family-based team addresses the needs of the entire family, not just the child of focus. This family-based team consists of family members, Seneca's Therapists, Youth Counselors, Parent Partners, Facilitators and other community members who have an important role in the family.
ABOUT RIVERSIDE EXPEDITED TRANSITION SERVICES (ETS)
The Expedited Transition Services provides prevention and stabilization-oriented services designed to support young people and their caregivers before, during and after placement changes.
Program staff are available up to 24-hours a day to provide phone-based assessment, in-person stabilization, and short-term intensive services designed to improve youth safety and well-being.
Staff are currently providing these services in Beaumont, CA .

Responsibilities
- Work effectively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to support the overall quality and operations of the program.
- Provides supervision, training, professional development, and oversight of clinical, direct care and / or administrative support staff, as assigned, to ensure high quality service delivery to clients that is grounded in Seneca’s values, guided by the principles of Unconditional Care, and in adherence to relevant governing standards.
- Manages staff to complete operational, compliance, and billing requirements of their role.
- Perform personnel functions for assigned staff, including overseeing hiring, evaluation, and termination.
- Provide consultation and training to program staff, caregivers, partners and other providers, as assigned, in areas such as clinical treatment, client service planning, crisis management, safety assessment, etc.
- Provide leadership to the program staff team, cultivating a program culture that supports safety, engagement, collaboration, and ongoing learning.
- Utilize crisis communication and de-escalation techniques as per Seneca's Equilibrium model training. This may include intervening with the clients' behavioral program through physical management of the clients, if applicable.
Training in additional crisis intervention modalities such as CPI may be required.
Qualifications
REQUIRED
- Master’s degree in human services, psychology, social work, or related field from an accredited college or university
- At least two years post-licensure with the applicable regulatory agency responsible for licensing, examination, and enforcement of competent mental health practice standards.
- Prior experience working with children / youth and families with intensive mental health needs.
- At least 21 years of age.
- TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state / federal licensing or certification requirements.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies’ insurance policy.
- Proof of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination or an HR-approved medical / religious exemption.
PREFERRED
Bilingual (English and Spanish).
Schedule
Full-timeMonday - Friday : 9am-5 : 30pm; client driven schedule.Hybrid; sometimes remote, someitmes in-person.
Benefits
Staring at $92,948 to $106,948 per year. Actual salary dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualifications.
Additional compensation provided upon passing bilingual language proficiency exam. $2000 sign-on bonus! Salary increases each year.
