Legal Claims Processor
Temporary Claims Processor (1099-K Corrections) - 100% Remote ($19 / hour)
LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks a detail-oriented Claims Processor to handle customer fund claims from third parties (garnishments, levies, etc.
You'll ensure accuracy and legality, manage account holds, and communicate with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
- Review and process claims (garnishments, levies, liens, subpoenas)
- Manage account holds and releases
- Assist customers with 1099-K tax form corrections
- Communicate clearly with customers, creditors, and legal entities
- Maintain accurate records and track actions
Requirements :
- Must be able to start as early as one week upon acceptance of an offer
- Strong time management, communication, and organization skills
- Excellent attention to detail in a high-volume environment
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Proficient in Google Docs & Sheets
- Experience with lien / levy processing
- Experience with 1099-K tax form corrections
- Demonstrated experience working in a fully remote environment
- You must be able to work full-time M-F and during regular business hours
Assignment : 3 months (potential extension & overtime)
Pay Details : $ per hour
