We are seeking a dynamic leader to integrate these capabilities across brands, functions, and strategies, while consistently delivering superior results.

In this global role, you will spearhead the Revenue Growth Management transformation across the organization, collaborating with executive leadership and business unit general managers.

Job Description

  • Drive accelerated sales and profitability through the development and implementation of next-generation Revenue Growth Management.
  • Lead change management efforts for Revenue Growth Management transformation across the entire enterprise.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish business targets and multi-year Revenue Growth Management strategies, sharing joint accountability for their achievement.
  • Build and develop the Revenue Growth Management team to create scalable tools and approaches for business units.
  • Lead organizational training and development of Revenue Growth Management across business units, functions, and countries.

Promote best practices across all Revenue Growth Management levers to accelerate growth.

  • Enhance the Sales organization’s capability to deliver successful Revenue Growth Management integration as part of a cohesive customer strategy.
  • Strengthen the Brand Marketing organization’s capability to deliver successful Revenue Growth Management integration as part of a cohesive business strategy.
  • Establish and refine cross-functional Revenue Growth Management processes, cadence, governance, and responsibilities.
  • Optimize resource use by knowing how and when to leverage external consultants, internal IT, data science / technical resources, and business unit expertise.
  • Develop a strong external network and elevate the company’s profile to attract future talent.

Key Skills, Abilities, and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Revenue Growth Management transformation, Analytic Insights, and Next-Gen Capabilities in Pricing, with a strong connection to data and technology.
  • Experience in Pricing, Promotions, Assortment, Trade Investment, and other Revenue Management Analytical practices.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and commercial acumen able to derive insights from complex data sets and develop concise, practical recommendations for execution.
  • Broad multi-channel experience
  • Self-starter capable of driving progress in an ambiguous environment.
  • Strong influencing skills demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented self-starter with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Expertise in Change Management leading large-scale change and digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex issues.
  • Proven leadership and people development skills, managing a substantial team of diverse individuals.
  • Strong Advanced Analytics acumen, Agile ways of working, and managing high-end data science.
  • An enterprise perspective that considers and anticipates implications across multiple global stakeholders.
