Job Description : Shine Social Brand is seeking a reliable and organized Office Clerk to join our team in Cincinnati, OH.

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities. This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with data entry, maintaining accurate records and updating databases as required.
  • Prepare, sort, and distribute mail, memos, and other documents.
  • Handle office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Greet and direct visitors, providing them with appropriate information or resources.
  • Operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Professional demeanor and customer service skills.
