Part -Time Receptionist
We are looking for a fun, energetic team member who enjoys interacting with both animals and people. We are in need of a Part-Time receptionist, with the potential to go full-time, to join our GROWING hospital.
We have just added a new DVM to our growing team and are hiring to accommodate our growth! We are a busy three-doctor (soon to be four), small animal practice and pride ourselves on providing high-quality, evidence-based veterinary care for our patients.

The job includes being the front line when interacting with our clientele.
- Greeting pets & owners and checking in and out for appointments.
- Answering phones : relaying messages to appropriate team members; taking medication and food refills & requests.
- Assisting doctors and team members as directed.
- Oversee hospital email, texts, and other forms of communication utilized by the hospital.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Multitasking and prioritizing are REQUIRED for this position.
We are in need of a team player who is available for our business hours. We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday from 8 am - 5 pm, and on Wednesday we are open 8 am - 7 pm.
This position will require some flexibility for coverage. We are looking to hire ASAP. We are currently closed on weekends.
