Job Summary and Qualifications

This position is responsible for supporting the Purchased Services and Indirect Products sourcing team (AVP, Contract Managers and Directors).

This will include the assessment, analysis and providing additional GPO member information in a timely, accurate, and professional manner to facilitate finalization of member specific contract documents.

The assessment and analysis will include working closely with GPO members to obtain all required spend, utilization data, and contract terms in order to complete successful member conversions resulting in HealthTrust contract utilization that provides members with high quality services and cost savings

What you will do in this role :

Key Responsibilities and Duties (included but not limited to) :

Retrieves, reviews, processes, and analyzes accounts payable spend provided by clients for various purchased services as assigned.

This will consist of completing :

• Member assessment which includes service categorization based on data submitted
• Member savings analysis based on data provided
• Tracking spend and savings for each assigned member
• Utilizing member portal organizes, prepares, analyzes and updates databases for all assigned member survey data including spend, vendor utilization, survey, contract terms and invoices.
• Analyzes information from completed RFPs presenting feedback and analysis in a concise, accurate and timely manner to assigned purchased services team member.
• Use and support maintain Purchased Services and Indirect contract categorization
• Assist with ad hoc request from sourcing leadership the purchased services team negotiators
• Additional duties as assigned.

What qualifications you will need :

• College graduate Bachelors
• 1- 3 Years Healthcare Contract / Finance Analysis Experience
