Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for regional staff, including diagnosing and resolving IT issues, configuring and deploying devices, and leading L1 / L2 help desk support
- Collaborate with centralized IT teams for maintenance and continuous improvement of technology solutions, as well as assist with IT service calls and projects
- Manage regional technology lifecycle, maintain departmental records, and handle maintenance contracts with vendors
- Support facility upgrade projects and ensure effective client service, including AV team collaboration and adherence to firm policies
- Assist junior staff as needed, maintaining professionalism and adaptability to new tasks and responsibilities in a team setting
Requirements
- College degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a large law firm or similar similar professional services setting
- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and similar applications
- Strong experience in troubleshooting and repairing end-user devices, PC imaging, and hardware configurations
- Experience with Audio Visual conferencing technologies, networking equipment, secure LAN infrastructure, firewalls, VPN technologies, and remote systems (Citrix)
