Inspired by cooking techniques from Texas to South Carolina, Wolf River Brisket offers a modern twist on Southern classics.
The menu highlights our house-smoked meats, including our signature Prime beef brisket, chicken and salmon. With the bar as a focal point of the full-service dining room, WRB is also the go-to place to get an expertly balanced cocktail or a local beer on tap.

Server
Restaurant servers ensure our guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing best-in-class guest service every day.
$2.13 / hour + Tips!
Responsibilities include :
- Explaining our menu and offering recommendations
- Ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of food and drinks
- Navigating the Point of Sale system
- Maintaining a safe and pristine environment
- And most importantly, creating unforgettable experiences for our guests
