We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our team in the Medical industry. Responsibilities :

As a Permanent Program Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including :

1. Developing and implementing strategic plans and objectives for the program based on the organization's goals.

2. Managing the day-to-day operational aspects of the program, including budgeting, planning, and staffing.

3. Overseeing the progress of operations and reporting to senior management on program status and issues.

4. Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the program's success and alignment with the organization's goals.

5. Ensuring all program activities comply with regulations and standards.

6. Identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies, ensuring the program remains within scope, on time, and within budget.

7. Facilitating communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to drive program success.

8. Continually assessing program performance and implementing improvements as needed.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for this Permanent Program Manager role should possess the following qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification is preferred.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the Medical industry.

3. Proven experience in strategic planning and risk management.

4. Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

6. Proficient in program management software and other relevant computer applications.

7. Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.

8. Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the Medical industry.

9. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

10. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

11. A strong commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
