Job Description
ASRC Federal NetCentric Technology, LLC is seeking a Response Task Force (RTF) Program Manager to support our customer located at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Job Summary :
The primary purpose of this position is to function as the Response Task Force (RTF) Program Manager, responsible for managing RTF (Type 1) operations involving Air Force-controlled resources in the aftermath of an incident which would require reception, support, and assumption of command procedures for the Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC) RTF.
Operates in support of AFGSC Plan 10-1, the Installation Emergency Management Plan 10-2, and the FBI Local Integrated Response Plan.
RTF Manager must be able to work in a high-paced, multi-faceted environment, facilitate and mediate issues between internal / external organizations, and be articulate when briefing.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop, establish, conduct, and manage initial and recurring RTF training / orientation program.
- Develop and maintain RTF training record database of trainings, briefings, and exercises.
- Coordinate annual Emergency Preparedness Liaison Officer Defense Support for Civil Authorities briefings.
- Coordinate and provide annual pre-exercise RTF training.
- Collaborate with Wing Plans Office for updates to the Kirtland AFB Wing Response Task Force Plan.
- Maintain and operationally check at designated intervals all RTF go kits, continuity binders, job aids, electronic files, and required reference documents.
- The RTF Program Manager will serve as alternate Crisis Action Team (CAT) Program Manager.
- Coordinate RTF clearances with security assistants.
- Maintain and manage RTF entry authorization lists and badging process.
- As necessary, provide RTF members with administrative assistance in execution of their RTF duties.
- Other duties as assigned to ensure effective and efficient RTF management responsibilities.
- May be required to work other than normal duty hours to include evenings, weekends, and / or holidays.
- Occasional travel should be anticipated.
- Not a supervisory position.
