What You’ll Do :
- Communication with broadline distributors, ensuring the proper inventory levels of system items and ingredients for regular usage, LTO’s, and catering.
- Manage all events, including project timelines, test or go-live dates, completing event forms, milestone dates, product setup, product arrival at warehouses, and auto-shipping to restaurants
- Manage master contract list, ONSA’s, renewals, notifying buyers / vendors of upcoming expiration dates, notifying Sysco of changes in contracts, i.
e. deviated price or rebates
- Tracks rebates and works closely with Finance to work on accruals
- Work with procurement team to establish necessary inventory levels and identify potential substitutions.
- Collaborate with procurement distributors to optimize freight for efficient and cost-effective procurement operations.
- Responsible for order guide accuracy, and communication of new or removed menu items. Supporting new restaurant setup of accounts, credentials, and order set up
- Attend New Restaurant Opening (NRO) meetings and communicating updates and changes to the external vendors / suppliers
- Place routine orders as needed (chemicals, coke, smallwares, food orders for training) Lead weekly calls with distribution team to ensure KPI’s, inventory, suppliers, and products are meeting Luna’s expectations.
- Escalate restaurant credit recovery when necessary.
LUN-A-TIC Qualifications :
- Holds B.S. / B.A. Business, Supply Chain Management, or related area or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Supply Chain experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector, with a preference in fast casual restaurants
- Minimum Five (5) Years Multi- Unit Restaurant Procurement Experience.
- Minimum Three (3) years Broadline Distribution Management with Multiple distributions centers
- Minimum five (5) years inventory and food cost systems administration, including back-office system and design.
- Data Central experience a plus
$80,000-110,000 Fulltime / Exempt
